Team Administrator

Sarah has been an Office Administrator for The LaBell Team since 2009. Sarah’s primary responsibilities are to aid and support our Agents and Assistants to ensure information and tasks are completed to client expectations and keep the office operating 6 days a week. Sarah handles submission and communication of all offers submitted daily. She distributes all correspondence, calls and emails, maintain files and databases, and assist agents with getting properties ready for marketing. Sarah ensures that the integrity of the bank owned properties are preserved and the REO Clients are communicated with quickly. She coordinates emergency situations, managing break-in’s, vandalism, all contractor repairs and quality control, prepping a new property with instructions, taxes, liens, and HOA records, communicating all occupancy status of our properties and communicating for the REO dept as a whole so our agents can focus on their direct responsibilities.

Sarah is able to multi-task, and has a very strong attention to detail. Sarah’s strengths include strong customer service, problem solving skills, communication skills, and the motivation and drive to learn as much as she can to further her career with The LaBell Team.

Sarah is a proud mother of 3 dogs. In her spare time, she helps her mother with dog training classes. Sarah also loves making people smile.
