  • Your home will be made available to three MLS Boards spanning across 6 counties. Live in Detroit? No Problem. Live in Monroe? No Problem. Live in Canton? No Problem. By selecting The LaBell Team, your home will be made available to a wide range of buyers and their agents throughout the state. A person relocating may be just as interested in your home as someone from around the block.
  • Your home will be placed on the World Wide Web. We advertise each home that you choose to list with us a on a minimum of ten websites. This includes color pictures, text description, and in some cases slideshows showcasing your home’s best qualities. Don’t access the web your self? That’s ok. We will provide you with paper copies of every single web site that your home is listed on, so that you can ensure other people have access to your home.
  • We will place a sign on your property. The sign that we place in your yard will have not only our main office contact information, but also our team’s direct line. Any potential buyers driving by will have various methods to get into contact with us regarding the purchase of the property.
  • We will use print and television ads to market your property. We advertise with cable ads that include property information and in real estate books through out Michigan to ensure that your home reaches the maximum amount of potential buyers.
  • We will advertise continuously until your home is sold! Don’t be discouraged if your home isn’t selling as quickly as you’d like. We won’t give up and neither should you.
  • We strongly screen our incoming calls and potential buyers. We will not put your property or family in danger. Only licensed agents are allowed access to the homes on the market and we do not give property information or occupancy status to individuals whom have not been properly checked. We encourage showings which may result in offers on your home, not showings that are meant just to gain access to the property.
  • We follow up on all showings and communicate any feedback to the seller on a weekly basis. A minimum of three calls are placed in order to receive feedback for each and every showing. We would like to know specifically what potential buyers are seeing in your home. Perhaps the paint is an unfavorable color or the neighbors are unpleasant. These are situations that every seller should be aware of.
  • We will make helpful suggestions to sell your home. We will offer competitive pricing suggestions and even push for reductions from time to time. We will also let a seller know if repairs should be made or if there are items that will help the advertising of the home. We are not trying to intimidate you or be mean. We just want the seller to be fully aware of what will make the property sell as quick as possible.
  • We will follow through! From the day that you sign your contract to the after the sale of the home, we will stay in contact with you for every detail on selling your home. We have specialists that focus on everything from the listing of the home, to all the finances involved, to the closing process.
  • We will give you the opportunity to speak your mind. We welcome your suggestions and questions in selling your home. If there’s something that you think we’re missing, please let us know. After the final stages of selling your home we will also ask for a final survey to be submitted so that we can improve from here on out!
