We are foreclosure specialists working in a market that is building for the next 7-10 years. With real estate sales are down, we are rapidly expanding. Our agents handle on average 70+ listings each.
This position will be a minimum 2 year contracted position subject to review periods. Primary Responsibilities would be the managing of REO listings from pre-foreclosure to pending status. Very steady, Medium to high volume of listings is available depending on candidate’s desire. Position requires a lot of driving, property inspections, detailed assessment, and reporting. The candidate must be willing to work in tough markets and handle the rough challenges of the foreclosure world.
You are right for this position if you can work under pressure/tight timelines and not get discouraged. You must be able to handle personal accountability. Be willing to build your accounts, manage growth, share/problem solve, be enthusiastic team player, and be creative and able to communicate effectively with others. We have an environment that cannot make room for bad attitudes when the job gets tough. This is an ever changing industry that is rapidly growing, so the candidate must be accustomed to rapid change.
Position is an exclusive commitment to team position and excludes other licensed Real Estate activity. Residual referral income is paid for your real estate leads generated to the team, in addition to your standard commissions.
Requirements:
· REO disposition experience a plus. BPO experience a plus.
· Availability (MINIMUM) Mon-Fri 9-5, after 12 month training, few Saturdays.
· Be willing to work varied/longer hours during training, unless more business is desired or bulk assignments are accepted.
· Detailed documentation is required at all times so computer navigation, written communication skills, good vocabulary, and speedy typing is important.
· Very strong multi tasking skill is required & even better organization/time management skills.
· General knowledge of email, electronic documentation, digital photography, internet, Microsoft Outlook skills or equivalent, email/electronic planners.
· Agent to join the office as a licensed agent, sign a team contract and no-compete clause.
