Property Inspector/City Liason
Matt is the full time Property Inspector, for The LaBell Team. Matt is responsible for the day to day physical inspections of our properties and for checking their marketing materials. He inspects properties for occupancy and communicates with occupants to help them with relocation assistance. He is responsible for making sure that the properties are secure and show able condition on a weekly basis and free of vandalism. He inspects and approves the quality of all completed property repairs and services. He is our liaison with the city offices for property records, utilities, and inspection. Matt reports any property problems, takes digital photos of homes for agent’s prompt resolution. He is trained in safety, personal protection, and Real Estate.
Matt is a resident of Grosse Ile, is married and is a father of two children.
Matt’s past job experience prior to real estate consists of:
Real Estate agent in Metro Detroit area for 6 years,
Property manager and CEO of company for 2 years.
