Team Processor/Closer
Jay has been a Processor/Closer for The LaBell Team since 2009. As processor, he handles all transaction management/communication between clients, lenders, title co's, and agents. These responsibilities include monitoring closing deadlines, enforcing contract terms, proofing closing
documents, and attending closings.
Jay is able to multi-task and manage a large number of clients from acceptance of contract to closing. Jay's strengths include strong customer service, electronic documentation, strong communication skills, and is a detailed oriented problem solver.
Jay's hobbies/talents are: professional photographer and freelance Filmmaker.
Jay is married and a father of two.
Jay is a Michigan State Alumnus. He spent 7 years in Santa Fe, New Mexico before moving his family back to his home state of Michigan.
