Team Processor/Closer
Ashley is the Processor/Closer for The LaBell Team. As processor, she handles all transaction management/communication between clients, lenders, title co's, and agents. These responsibilities include monitoring closing deadlines, enforcing contract terms, proofing closing
documents, and attending closings.
Ashley is able to multi-task and manage a large number of clients from acceptance of contract to closing. Ashley's strengths include strong customer service, electronic documentation, strong communication skills, and is a detailed oriented problem solver.
