Kimberly has sold real estate for 13 years, and prior to launching her team she maintained high levels of sales and frequently was office top producer. Kimberly oversees all Team operations, problem solving, increases team productivity, team employment, values reviews, and is the direct customer/client liaison. In addition, the team consists of 2 full time REO Agents, Buyer’s Agents, Property Inspector, Property Preservation Crews, 2 Bookkeepers, Processor/Closer, Offers/Tasking Administrator, and Marketing Assistant.
Kimberly has primarily been a Residential Resale Agent since 1996, REO Specialist from 2002 – 2009, and an REO Assistant from 2000 – 2002. Other main services have consisted of: BPO’s, new construction development sales, multi-family investment, REO/HUD investor services, vacant land, commercial, residential and condominium resale, waterfront and luxury properties, and property management.
