Michelle has been the Lead REO Assistant for The LaBell Team since 2009. As Lead REO Assistant, she assists the pricing of home before it is listed, inputs the homes in the MLS Systems, and provides monthly marketing reports for our various clients.
As a Realtor for 6 years, and a Michigan resident all her life, she has a vast knowledge for the foreclosure market in Metro Detroit today. Her knowledge as a former Buyer’s Agent gave her a strong grasp of what the consumer requires, now she uses this information to make sure a house will sell for our REO clients.
Michelle has been a Buyer’s Agent for The LaBell Team since 2007, handling surplus clients and a licensed Realtor for the past 6 yrs. She has experience in both residential and commercial sales, including assisting buyers with the purchase of new construction and bank foreclosures.
Michelle's strengths include: dedication 7 days a week when required, electronic documentation and strong communication skills.
Michelle is a mother of a 3 children and has been married for 17 years. She has lived Downriver for her entire life.
