Joy has been a Buyer’s Agent since 2007, for The LaBell Team. Joy has sold real estate 7 yrs. She has had the following real estate designation:ABR for 3yrs, GRI 1 yr. Joy oversees all property inquires and sales. Joy is an investor and has also listed REO properties in the past, which allows her the unique ability to understand both sides of a transaction. Her knowledge of the local area is crucial in helping any potential buyers and investors find the property that is right for them. Joy is constantly participating in education & training courses in order to further her knowledge of the industry and buyer’s needs.
Joy is also a full time wife, mother of 2 children & 2 step children. She enjoys spending time with her family, networking, and traveling.
