It is no breaking news to say this year has been very challenging for Michigan real estate. We have faced the challenges head on & with great success. We have found it to be very exciting and demanding, but not without many contributing factors.
We express our deep gratitude to our team members, our families, brokers and their support staff, cooping agents, financial institutions, and most of all our clients, as they have all played an important role in our success in this previous year.
We are very pleased to announce our sales Volume exceeded $13 million dollars, with 205 units closed in 07. This ranks our team in the TOP 1% (5th out of 604 agents), and our office in the TOP 1% (6th out of 75 offices), in our primary board of realtors. This is a first for us!!!
Our daily operations run with very tight nit and highly trained team members. Each member works exclusively on their specialty, ensuring a high level of customer service. Our company has grown not only financially, but also in size. We have taken great strides this year. Regardless of your needs, we have someone who is able to specialize in your area of concern.

Lisa Kinney-Office Administrator- Task management, call coordinator, listing extension/reductions, & offer processing.
Michelle Millhorn-Team Processor/Closer- Contracts, processing, closings, & office administration.
Renee Booth -Marketing Assistant - Team and listing marketing, & team assistant.
Alysia Orvis-Team Bookkeeper/Full time - Accounts payables, payable/receivable disputes, & office administration.
Toni Smoots-Team Bookkeeper/Part time - Accounts receivables, & office administration.
Andy Hnatiuk-Property Inspector/Courier- Property inspections, sign installation, verifies winterizations, vendor service quality control, police/fire reports, property inspections, & water reads.
We are constantly changing in order to provide consistency of service to better suit our customers’ needs. Our office move is planned in May ‘08, to expand & we encourage you to visit our new facilities this year! We have a new Company Website & are currently customizing our Team Website with many new & industry unique services. We hope to launch a cable advertising campaign & in house auction services in 2008.
